How Lucky Gem Collector handles — and doesn't handle — your data.
Last updated: July 2026
Lucky Gem Collector (“we”, “us”) is a single-player idle game. We designed it to be private by default: your game progress lives on your device, and we collect as little as possible.
Your game progress — gem level, coins, upgrades, prestige, owned skins, and settings — is saved locally on your device using standard app storage. It is not uploaded to us.
If you contact us through the in-app support form or our website, you may provide your name, email address, a message, and optionally a screenshot. We use this solely to respond to your request.
The app does not require an account and does not sell your data. Any platform-level services (such as the App Store) are governed by their own privacy policies.
The app only accesses your camera or photo library if you choose to attach an image to a support message. Access is requested at that moment and used only for that purpose.
Lucky Gem Collector is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
