End User License Agreement

The EULA governing your use of Lucky Gem Collector.

1. License Grant

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and the developer of Lucky Gem Collector. Upon download, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Scope of License

This license is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the app.

3. Restrictions

  • You may not copy (except as expressly permitted), modify, or create derivative works of the app.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
  • You may not remove any proprietary notices from the app.

4. Ownership

The app is licensed, not sold. We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the app, including all intellectual property rights.

5. Virtual Goods

Any in-app virtual items are licensed to you for use within the app only, have no monetary value, and are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the app.

7. Apple's Role

This EULA is between you and the developer only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA with the right to enforce it.

8. No Warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
